We are the patient-centered, physician-led end-of-life care in Santa Clara County (Greater San Jose area), Southern Alameda County and San Mateo County, in the Bay Area of California.
We provide hospice care in the most comprehensive and holistic way possible, going above and beyond to make the time as meaningful as possible. We are committed to ensuring comfort and ease as life’s journey nears its end.
We understand that selecting hospice care requires acceptance and trust. We recognize hospice as a sacred time – a time of love, comfort, and serenity within which to say goodbye.
